Booking Policy
​MY SUITE IS SMALL
​
My studio is a private space, with 1 on 1 servicing.
Please note that any extra guests are NOT allowed.
this includes children & pets.

APPOINTMENTS
​
Please be sure that you book all needed services, as I work by the appointed time allotment. I cannot add on any extra services, I have a time allotment between each client for cleaning and disinfecting, so please be mindful of your service time booked. All appointment reservations requires a Credit Card on file to hold your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Your appointments are very important to me, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours, you may reschedule without incurring any additional fees. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

PLEASE BE ON TIME

I utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!! If it’s your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time. Please wait in your car and text when you arrive. If you are running late, your service time will be less than what was booked. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELLED. If you're going to be late, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. I may be able to move other clients around to accommodate you so you won’t be charged. If you don’t communicate with me early enough you will be charged. *You will also receive a courtesy text or call if I am running behind schedule.*

NO SHOW POLICY
​
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy allows me time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Please book carefully.​
