

Studio Policies
To ensure every guest receives the best possible service and experience, please review our salon policies before booking:
Appointments & Booking:
All appointments must have a valid credit card on file to reserve your time slot. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the policies below.
Grace Period:
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrival beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation to respect other guests’ scheduled times.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedule requests. Changes made outside of the 48 hour window of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy:
Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
Guest Policy:
To maintain a calm, personalized environment, no extra guests are permitted. Our space is intentionally small to provide a private, tailored experience for each client.
Personalized Appointments:
Each appointment is carefully customized to you. Your reserved time is dedicated exclusively to delivering the highest quality service, which is why timely arrival and adherence to policies are essential.
