To preserve the elevated experience and ensure every guest receives the attention and care they deserve, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:





Appointments & Reservations
Grace Period
All appointments require a valid credit card on file to secure your time. This allows us to reserve your space exclusively for you and prepare for your personalized service.


A 10-minute grace period is extended for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond this time may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, as we honor the time of all of our guests.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Changes made within 48 hours may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

Appointments missed without notice will be charged in full.
To maintain an intimate and tranquil environment, additional guests are not permitted. Our boutique space is intentionally designed for a private, uninterrupted experience.
Each appointment is thoughtfully tailored to you, with your reserved time dedicated solely to delivering the highest level of service and care. Your punctuality and adherence to these policies allow us to maintain the luxury experience you deserve.
